Halloween Masks
Making a Halloween mask can be a fun and creative way to start your Halloween festivities, and a great way to spend time with you kids. Below is a video showing just one of the many ways to start creating your own Halloween Mask.
Halloween Masks have always been a part of the Halloween festivities. There are many types to choose from in any category from silly, cute, to very scary and horrific. A mask is also a great foundation to build the rest of your costume around.
For instance you could purchase a mask of the current President of the United States, Barrack Obama. Then to finish off the costume you could wear a suit and tie.
This could lead to allot of fun at a party (depending on how their politics run), especially if someone else shows up with a previous presidential, or vice presidential mask.
There are several of these types of masks to choose from, including the first lady Michelle Obama, and even other political figures from the past such as Richard Nixon, John F. Kennedy and many more.
If you are a Star Wars fan then a Darth Vader mask could be a good start to a great costume. Just start with just a black sweater, black slacks or jeans, boots, gloves and a cape.
If Darth Vader isn’t what you’re looking for then there are several Star Wars masks to choose from; Clone Trooper, Yoda, Jango Fett, among others.
Another classic costume for Halloween has always been the Frankenstiein Monster. With a Frankenstein monster mask it’s easy to create a great costume. All you need is an old dark suit jacket (hopefully one that’s a little too small and too tight to give you that look of being a large man). Then just a dark t-shirt and jeans, and some heavy dark boots and you have a complete costume.
If making your own costume at home is not your idea of a good time, there are always many many other full costumes that can be purchased online. For some great ideas you can go to Buy Costumes.com. They are a great source for all kinds of Halloween ideas.
